Delete My Data

At Synheart, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you decide to delete your account, you can do so at any time directly from the app or by contacting our support team. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and what happens to your data.

Delete Your Account From the App

You can delete your Synheart account directly inside the app.

Steps

1.

Open the Synheart app.

2.

Go to Profile.

3.

Tap Settings.

4.

Scroll down and select Delete My Account.

5.

Confirm the deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

Delete Your Account From the Platform

If you use Synheart services through the platform or web applications:

1.

Log in to your account.

2.

Navigate to Profile → Settings.

3.

Select Delete My Account.

4.

Confirm the deletion request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted:

Your user profile and account credentials are permanently removed.

Your personal data associated with your account will be deleted from our active systems.

Any device associations and session history linked to your account will be removed.

Some limited information may be retained for:

legal compliance

fraud prevention

system security

as required by applicable regulations.

Deleting Data From Synheart Apps

Deleting your account removes data associated with:

Synheart Life

Syni Life

Synheart-supported applications linked to your account

If you used multiple devices, the data connected to your Synheart account will also be deleted from Synheart cloud services.

Request Deletion Through Support

If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance, you can request deletion by contacting our support team.

Include:

the email or phone number associated with your account

the name of the Synheart app you used

the request to delete your account

Our team will process your request.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days.
