Synheart develops technologies that help users understand their physiological, emotional, and cognitive states using biosignals, behavioral patterns, and AI-powered analysis.
These Terms apply to all Synheart products, including:
Synheart Wear
Synheart Behavioral SDK
Synheart Focus & Emotion models
Syni and Syni Life
Synheart Cloud & Dashboard
All developer APIs and SDKs
Any other services provided under the Synheart ecosystem
You may use Synheart only if:
You are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
You can legally enter into a binding agreement
You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
Synheart is not intended for clinical use.
To access some Services, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain the security of your credentials
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Not share your account with others
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use Synheart for illegal purposes
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Misuse data collected through SDKs or APIs
Circumvent technical protections
Use Synheart insights for employment, insurance, or surveillance decisions
You may not use Synheart to build competing models using our proprietary datasets or SDK signals unless explicitly allowed through open-source licensing.
Synheart provides wellness and cognitive insight, not medical advice.
We do not:
Diagnose medical conditions
Provide professional mental health, medical, or therapeutic services
Replace healthcare providers
Guarantee accuracy of physiological or emotional interpretations
You agree not to use Synheart for critical health or medical decisions.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Key points:
Raw biosignal data stays on-device unless you explicitly consent
We do not sell your personal data
We do not collect keystroke content (only timing)
You may request deletion at any time
If you use SDKs or APIs:
You are responsible for complying with data protection laws
You may not store or transmit sensitive data without consent
If you use Synheart SDKs or APIs, you must follow our Developer Terms, including:
Rate limits
Attribution requirements (where applicable)
Prohibited uses (surveillance, profiling, sensitive classification)
Security obligations for data you collect
We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse or misuse.
All Synheart content, models, embeddings, metrics, algorithms, SDKs, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works
Resell Synheart data, insights, or SDKs
Train models directly on raw Synheart outputs unless permitted
Open-source components are licensed separately.
Some Services may require payment.
You agree that:
Prices and features may change
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
Refunds follow posted policies
Taxes may apply depending on your location
You can cancel at any time via your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
We are required by law
We discontinue a Service
You may stop using Synheart at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
Synheart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
The Services will be uninterrupted
Metrics will always be accurate
Data streams from wearables will always sync
We may update, remove, or modify features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Synheart is not liable for:
Loss of data
Health outcomes based on insights
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays, interruptions, or system failures
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
You agree to defend and indemnify Synheart from claims or damages arising from:
Your misuse of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your use of SDKs or APIs to collect user data
Third-party claims related to your applications
We may modify these Terms at any time.
If changes are significant, we will notify you.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
British Columbia, Canada (if you operate as Synheart Technologies Inc.), or
The relevant jurisdiction of your registered business entity
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the same region.
