You can delete your Synheart account directly inside the app.

Steps

1. 1Open the Synheart app.
2. 2Go to Profile.
3. 3Tap Settings.
4. 4Scroll down and select Delete My Account.
5. 5Confirm the deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

If you use Synheart services through the platform or web applications:

1. 1Log in to your account.
2. 2Navigate to Profile → Settings.
3. 3Select Delete My Account.
4. 4Confirm the deletion request.

When your account is deleted:

• Your user profile and account credentials are permanently removed.
• Your personal data associated with your account will be deleted from our active systems.
• Any device associations and session history linked to your account will be removed.

Some limited information may be retained for:

• legal compliance
• fraud prevention
• system security

as required by applicable regulations.

Usage analytics data from the Life app is not linked to your account, so account deletion does not remove it; it is deleted automatically after 2 months (event-level) or 12 months (user-level). You can turn usage analytics off at any time in the Life app (Settings → Privacy & Consent → App Improvement), which stops collection immediately and resets the analytics identifier on your device.

Deleting your account removes data associated with:

• Synheart Life
• Syni Life
• Synheart-supported applications linked to your account

If you used multiple devices, the data connected to your Synheart account will also be deleted from Synheart cloud services.

If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance, you can request deletion by contacting our support team.

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days.
